Customers who believe Bet St George Ltd owes them money now have a contact named by the Gambling Commission. Its 16 October 2026 update says administrators have been appointed and directs those customers to BTG at betstgeorge@btguk.com.
The notice does not give a repayment amount, timetable or outcome for individual accounts. Nor does it identify the precise appointment date or name the administrators. The new information is a route for enquiries about money owed.
BresBet remains a separate case
Both operators surrendered their licences on 4 September, following suspensions on 28 August. That history appears on the same UKGC page as the new administration update, but the latest contact applies to Bet St George.
For BresBet, the regulator had reported withdrawal difficulties on 30 September. The 16 October addition says the page will change when further BresBet information is available. It does not direct BresBet customers to the Bet St George email.
A contact route can outlast the licence
The Commission's separate business-closure guidance expects a means of contact for unclaimed funds and complaints even after a business closes. It also says closure and licence surrender need not share a date. These are general expectations for its licensed businesses, not proof that a particular customer will be repaid.
Our guide to player funds when a gambling operator fails explains the British protection framework separately. It cannot establish the recovery available in this case.
Use the contact details on the regulator's current notice rather than sending account documents to a media outlet. Betting Tribune does not receive claims or act for customers in this process.
