An impostor obtained a Dutch lottery licence by posing as the chairman of Quick Boys, the Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) says. The regulator has withdrawn the licence. The Katwijk football club never applied for it and is itself a victim of identity fraud, according to the Ksa's 2 October 2026 warning.

The authority names eight sites: loterij.quickboys.nl, loterijenqb.com, besteloterijqb.com, nieuweqb.com, bestenl.com, topnetherlands.com, newloterij.com and topsloterij.com. It says none belongs to Quick Boys. Do not enter personal or bank details on them.

If you paid or shared details

The Ksa advises ticket buyers to contact their bank about reversing the payment, report to the police and Fraudehelpdesk, and notify the regulator through its reporting portal. Contacting a bank does not guarantee a refund.

Anyone who supplied personal details should watch for unexpected emails, texts or calls requesting information or money, the warning says.

The Ksa has reported the case to police but is not disclosing details of the investigation. Its notice does not establish whether the sites have been taken down.
