A tournament chip is not a cash-game pound
A champion can hold every chip and receive only half the prize pool. Separate cash denominations, entry charges and a tournament’s payout schedule.

How casino games and live tables work, what their rules cover and what happens when a round goes wrong.
The empty seat, the button and the missed blind
A vacant poker seat can affect position, unpaid blinds or tournament balancing. Named online and live rules explain why those situations need different records.
Free spins can have a ceiling even when they retrigger
A retrigger adds spins to an existing feature. Follow a named seven-plus-four example, the remaining-spin counter and a separate rule that can end the round early.
No hole card: when the dealer’s blackjack meets extra stakes
A late dealer blackjack can meet money added for a double or split. One named rulebook shows why card timing and original-only collection need separate checks.
Squeezing the card changes the reveal, not the result
A dealer can bend a card; a player can peel an on-screen mask. Neither action replaces the drawing chart. Read two named Evolution formats and a worked hand.
Re-entry, rebuy and add-on: three different extra payments
An entry price is not always the full tournament bill. Separate new attempts from extra chips, then count the fees and prize-pool contributions.
A bonus round freezes: what should the saved game remember?
A frozen feature can leave the screen behind the recorded round. Book of Dead's published help and Britain's interruption standard explain what needs reconciling.
A baccarat tie can return one stake and lose another
Player and Banker can push while a Bonus wager loses. The separate Tie bet has its own payment, and the returned stake is not profit.
The ace that changes a hard total into a soft hand
An ace can turn nine into soft 20, then fall to one when another card arrives. Follow the arithmetic without confusing the score with an allowed action or payout.
A neighbours bet covers wheel positions, not adjacent numbers
A racetrack selection can place several stakes in one action. Count the pockets, follow zero around the rim and distinguish Voisins from ordinary neighbours.
A maximum-win cap is not a probability of winning it
A slot’s payout ceiling can end a feature with spins still left. Read the stake unit, clipping rule and missing probability separately.
Buying the feature changes the starting point and the price
A paid slot feature can still call its rounds free spins. Read the purchase price, mode-specific RTP and market boundary before treating a payout as profit.
